WHAT DO WE DO...

Train for effect. Programs are designed based on goals, current level of fitness, exercise history, and medical history. After establishing a base line, results can be measured and programs can be altered to gain maximum results. To avoid fitness plateaus changes are regularly made to programs. Emphasis is on “core” work, starting with center and working out has a dramatic effect not only relating to fitness but in regular daily activities. Whatever your goals, whether you are looking to improve; your quality of life, technique, or time I will work to help you get there.

HOW MUCH TRAINING WILL I NEED?

That varies for everyone, depending goals, exercise and medical history, budget, etc.

 

WHAT WILL I GET?

Education, I will share with you the why’s and how’s of what we are doing so that you can take ownership of your fitness. Motivation, when you just don’t want to. Tools for success in finding what works for you. Support and encouragement needed along the way. Like everything you get out what you put in, the possibilities are endless.

 

                                                                                 

WHERE DO WE MEET?

 We meet in my home in Wallingford.

HOW MUCH DOES  IT COST?

Price is based on volume of training 3 times per week is $60 per session, twice a week is $65 per session, once a week is $70 per session, less than once a week is $75 per session.
