Text Box: Re:  Personal Training Results
Dear Heather:
Please accept my gratitude for your assistance in helping me pursue my fitness goals.  Over the course of my 24 sessions, I learned many things about myself.  Frankly, the exercise was the easiest part - motivation and having the discipline to “show up” is much harder.  You make it fun and rewarding.
Because of our work together, I am stronger in many ways:
My alpine and telemark skiing has never been stronger;
Cycling 30 miles has become routine;
Climbing Mt. Shasta and skiing down this past Spring was easier than prior climbs in my college years; and
My knee pain from ACL surgery in 2001 has nearly vanished.
I also learned that having quarterly goals motivates consistent training.  Preparing for an event is great way to stay focused and motivated to train (i.e., Shasta).  Better yet, my personal performance with various intermediate athletic activities is noticeably better (i.e., white-water kayaking, rock climbing).  I really noticed it over the July 4 weekend while water skiing.
With the big “40” approaching, I know I have many more years of personally-rewarding high-performance activities ahead of me.
Thanks again.  I look forward to continuing to work with you and achieve my fitness goals.
Sincerely,
Dave Rowe

"Heather's focus on maximum results without knowing how hard you are really working is amazing.  She knows when to push and when to back off and changes the routine frequently so you never get bored.  Her enthusiasm and positive attitude is contagious and I'd highly recommend her if you're serious about getting in shape." --Debbi Vanselow

"My golf game has changed dramatically since I began my workout program with Heather Roberts. I used to hit the ball 220-230 yards, if I was lucky. Heather designed a plan that would build up my core strength while maintaining flexibility. After a six week break from golf, I decided to hit the links. I was shocked at the difference! My first drive was easily 250 yards! I found that I could swing the club faster while maintaining the same control, if not better. I shot an 86, beating my handicap by five strokes. I would recommend training with Heather to anyone who is serious about improving their game."
